Actons has promoted a member of its Corporate and Commercial team to Associate.
Corporate solicitor Alastair Rose stepped up as an Associate at the beginning of January 2023.
Since joining the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team in 2019, Alastair has become a valued member of the successful team, working on a series of significant corporate transactions. In addition, Alastair has also played a key role in the teams ongoing adoption of new technology to improve efficiency and add value to clients.
