We have a well established Agency department and are happy to act as agents for other solicitors at Nottingham County Court. All types of agency work are undertaken including attendance on mortgage repossession hearings, tenant evictions, warrant suspension applications, personal injury hearings and matrimonial matters. We are specialists in all aspects of Insolvency work. No separate charges are made for travel to and from the Court and we are happy to work either on a fixed fee basis (agreed prior to attendance) or on hourly rates.
