Learning new skills

To really learn new skills, it is vital that delegates actually try things out on the workshop, so in all  CHARACTER seminars, ‘lecturing’ will be kept to  a minimum. Instead each seminar will consist mainly of short inputs of information, discussions, case studies and practical exercises.

Wherever possible real-life case studies will be used to highlight some of the issues faced by employers and to aid learning in how to avoid the pitfalls.  In all cases the names have been changed to protect both the innocent and the guilty!
