This one-day workshop is designed to give those who directly manage people, knowledge of the raft of legislation that governs employment. Using quizzes and case studies, as well as many real life examples and problems, the workshop will cover all the essential elements of the law within which managers need to operate.

The workshop also provides a good basic understanding for those new to the field of human resource management. The workshop content will include:

Working Time Regulations
The Contract of Employment
Family Friendly Procedures.
