This seminar is designed to give managers the skills and knowledge to effectively conduct a range of investigation/fact finding interviews.  It will cover all investigations from a grievance to a disciplinary or dismissal interview, as well as H&S investigations and any other interview where the facts of the situation need to be clearly determined before any action is taken or a decision made.
