Selling your Property

The Government suspended Home Information Packs with effect from 21 May 2010.  Therefore any properties marketed after this date will not require a Home Information Pack and can be marketed immediately.

You will still need to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate in order to market your property and this must be available within 28 days from the date the property is marketed.  The Certificate will remain valid for 10 years.  Actons can obtain the Energy Performance Certificate for you.

At the same time we can discuss with you at an early part of the sale process the steps that will lead to a swift and successful completion once a purchaser has been found.

Most of the paperwork can be prepared in advance thus cutting down on time and costs for you.
