Company commercial solicitor, Peter Flowerday, has been promoted to become a director of Actons, the Nottingham law firm.

"Peter has won recognition and is respected as a trusted advisor by the firm's clients and professional contacts. His promotion reflects the contribution that he has made to the success of the Department and Actons", said Adrian Forster, head of the firm's Company Commercial Department.

Peter's work spans corporate finance and banking as well as dealing with commercial contracts and providing legal guidance upon commercial issues.

Peter completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent Law School in 2001 and joined Actons in 2004 having previously worked at a prominent Lincoln firm of solicitors.
