She acts on a wide spectrum of property related matters including freehold sales and acquisitions, options and conditional sale contracts, landlord and tenant matters (for both landlords and tenants) and provides general property advice. 

Amanda has developed a particular expertise in dealing with insolvency related property matters. She also acts for a local housing association dealing mainly with their acquisition and development work.

Amanda has represented numerous GP practices across the country in connection with the purchase and/or development of surgery premises (including joint ventures involving more than one GP partnership) and associated issues such as leases to pharmacies and other healthcare providers. She is also experienced in advising dentists upon the acquisition of dental surgery premises.

When not working Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen music fan particularly enjoying live music at Nottingham’s various venues.
