Mandy is a director and head of the Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning department. She has been with Actons since 1993.

She has extensive experience in acting on all aspects of private clients needs, regularly advising families wishing to maximise wealth preservation. She is an expert in succession and estate planning and a wide spectrum of trust law and administration.

Mandy has a wealth of experience in Court of Protection work, incapacity issues and powers of attorney. She also has particular in depth knowledge of drafting complex wills.

Mandy’s clients span a broad range of successful professional and entrepreneurial individuals, trustees, families, and landowners. 

Mandy is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a student member of STEP.

Outside of work Mandy enjoys walking particularly along coastal routes and the peaks and fells of Derbyshire, Yorkshire and the Lake District. She loves to go to the theatre and travel.
