Mike has specialised in family law for over 25 years with an emphasis on resolving financial disputes. He has appeared regularly in Magistrates and County Courts and does much of his own advocacy. With constructive and innovative thinking Mike can find solutions for anyone’s problems no matter how difficult they seem at first. Clients have included Solicitors; Accountants; SME owners and Directors; and the odd Millionaire.

Recently, Mike has pursued an interest in disputes over assets of the elderly; claims by dependants for support from estates; and disputes over trusts and Wills.
