Ros joined Actons in 2007 and is an associate in our dispute resolution department. 

Ros handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract claims and acts on behalf of insolvency practitioners appointed as administrators, liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy, as well as for creditors.    

She is experienced in bringing claims on behalf of insolvency practitioners, especially transactions at an undervalue, preference and misfeasance claims. 

Ros frequently advises directors regarding personal guarantee claims brought by creditors of the company.  

Outside of work Ros enjoys travelling and watching Leicester Tigers, she also sings in a choir.
