Tom joined Actons in 1994 and is a director in our personal injury department. 

He specialises in personal injury litigation, representing both claimants and defendants.

Tom has extensive experience in acting in a wide range of personal injury claims and deals with a varied caseload. He has experience in dealing with claims in a variety of niche areas including needlestick and sharps claims. 

Tom's defendant clients include local authorities, liability insurers and private organisations.

Tom has been involved in the creation and ongoing development of the dedicated claimant PI website www.actons-solicitors.co.uk and marketing strategies.

Tom is also the firm's quality director.

Tom likes to complete half marathons, triathlons and Men's Health Survival of the Fittest challenges.
