Amanda is a specialist property solicitor. She originally qualified and practiced in Manchester and relocated to the East Midlands in 1997.

In the course of her career she has acted on a wide-ranging spectrum of property related matters including freehold sales and acquisitions, options and conditional sale contracts, landlord and tenant matters (for both landlords and tenants) and general property advice.

Amanda has always worked at firms where insolvency law has been a particular specialism and has developed a particular expertise in dealing with insolvency related property matters.

Amanda enjoys working with clients with extensive property portfolios where an ongoing working relationship can be established.

Amanda also has a particular interest in the medical profession and has represented numerous GP practices in connection with the purchase and/or development of surgery premises in (including joint ventures involving more than one GP partnership) and associated issues such as leases to pharmacies and other healthcare providers. She is also experienced in advising dentists upon the sale and acquisition of dental practices.
