Mike has specialised in family law for over 25 years with an emphasis on resolving financial disputes. He has appeared regularly in Magistrates and County Courts and does much of his own advocacy. Clients have included Solicitors; Accountants; SME owners and Directors; and the odd Millionaire.

Recently, Mike has pursued an interest in disputes over assets of the elderly; claims by dependants for support from estates; and disputes over trusts and Wills.

Mike lives in Nottingham but assists clients across most of the East Midlands.

As a result of his breadth and depth of experience particularly where trusts or business assets are in dispute, Mike has recently achievied recognition in the Legal500.
