Peter qualified in 1977 and since 1981 has specialised in personal injury work. He has dealt with numerous claims of significant value exceeding £1m.

On the Claimant side Peter's work is mainly related to road traffic, public liability and employer's liability claims. He heads up a team of personal injury lawyers who handle all types of injury claims.

On the Defendant side, Peter has 25 years' experience of representing Local Authorities defending public liability and employer's liability claims, and has gained a valuable insight into the workings of Local Authorities thus enabling effective results to be achieved. Peter also has expertise defending claims involving fairground accidents.

On the administrative side, Peter is the Chairman of Actons and Complaints Director.
