Susan has 15 years’ post-qualification experience dealing with the full range of commercial property matters. Her workload includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, non-contentious Landlord & Tenant Act issues, commercial and residential development projects, Bank security work and unincorporated business sales and purchases.

Susan has also developed an interest and expertise in minerals and aggregates matters.  She was able to further develop this specialism throughout her period with Ashton Bond Gigg, culminating in her being appointed to deal with the entire property aspects of the flotation of an East Midlands based aggregates company in 1994. Susan has continued to act upon minerals matters (including acquisitions, leases and options) during her time at Actons, most recently being instructed in a £1.64m quarry acquisition.

Susan is quoted in the Legal 500 as being “very knowledgeable and efficient”.
