Tom joined Actons in 1994, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996.

He specialises in personal injury litigation, representing Claimants and Defendants in relation to motor liability, public liability and employer's liability claims.

On the Claimant side, Tom's clients include victims of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and those who have been injured as a result of a trip or a slip.

Tom's Defendant clients include local authorities and their insurers, motor insurers, corporate organisations and private individuals.
