Peter qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Actons in 2004. Peter jumped at the opportunity to join Acton’s dynamic and hardworking Company Commercial team. He quickly demonstrated his aptitude as a clear thinker and accomplished legal draftsman, through a couple of the slightly more unusual commercial assignments which he has been asked to undertake.

Peter has worked on a wide variety of company and commercial matters. He specialises in dealing with commercial agreements of all types including trading terms and conditions, shareholder agreements and acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to joining Actons, Peter studied Law (European Legal Studies) at Durham University before training with a Lincolnshire firm, where he remained on qualification, working exclusively in the Commercial Department.
