Caroline joined Actons in February 2007 and has specialised in all aspects of commercial property transactions for more than 6 years. 

She has undertaken a wide range of work involving freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal, commercial leases for landlords and tenants and acting for financial institutions on secured lending transactions.

Caroline has experience of dealing with property transactions in a wide range of sectors. Her clients from previous employment include a major retailer, local charities, investment portfolios and public bodies involved in healthcare.
