Our People

Nicky qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1998 having passed the JIEB Examination. She specialises in all aspects of Insolvency and re-construction. She heads up the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team at Actons.   
She acts for many of the Insolvency Practitioners in the Midlands area and further a field. She also acts for creditors and directors.

She is a member of the R3 Midlands Regional Committee and also a committee member of Insolvency Network Unit, a nationwide group of solicitors who specialise in Insolvency.

She has been consistently recognised over the years by the Legal 500 / Chambers as a leading Individual in the region.
