Annabel Whittaker

Director & Solicitor - Head of Insolvency

Annabel is a Director, heads up our Insolvency team and is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner. She deals with all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency.

Annabel regularly advises Insolvency Practitioners who need assistance with the realisations of assets.  She can advise on all issues arising from an insolvency event such as antecedent transactions and retention of title claims.

Annabel also advises individuals and businesses who are in financial difficulty and those who are dealing with duress creditors, or creditors themselves looking to pursue a debtor through bankruptcy or winding-up proceedings.

Annabel joined Actons in 2016 from Fraser Brown and became a Director in 2018.
