Victoria specialises in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious. She regularly works with insolvency practitioners on the sale of assets and is also experienced in pursuing and defending insolvency claims, including transactions at an undervalue, preferences and misfeasance.
Victoria re-joined Actons in September 2020 and became a Director in November 2020, having previously spent seven years at the firm. She originally joined Actons in 2012 and was promoted to Director in 2014. Prior to joining Actons in 2012, she spent a number of years at Eversheds and Browne Jacobson. Victoria has also spent time as a senior lecturer in law at Nottingham Trent University.
