A team of lawyers from Nottingham law firm Actons have advised the owners of Berridge Waste Paper on the sale of their business to local rival Bakers Waste Services.
Leicester based Berridge Waste Paper has been collecting and processing waste paper since the 1950’s, but the company’s history in the waste sector dates back to 1882. During that time they have successfully created a number of paper and cardboard recycling solutions which will bolster the services offered by Bakers Waste Services.
Simon Dakin, director and corporate lawyer at Actons advised Berridge Waste Paper on the sale of their business.
