The Retained EU Law Bill includes a list of employment law that is scheduled to be repealed on 31 December 2023 which includes the Working Time Regulations, TUPE, the Agency Worker Regulations as well as legislation protecting part-time and fixed-term workers from discrimination.
The Bill is part of the Government’s planned bonfire of EU laws that is now possible as a consequence of Brexit.
