With over 18 years of professional services experience, Matt works together with the Chief Executive, IT Manager and Accounts Manger to ensure the efficient functioning of the operations side of the business including managing the firm’s marketing and business development activities and ensuring the firm complies with its legal and regulatory obligations.
For marketing and marketing business development, Matt works with directors and teams to develop and deliver the firm’s marketing and business development plans to achieve the firm’s growth strategy. This includes internal and external communications, business development initiatives, client development, online marketing and management and development of the firms brand in it’s chosen markets.
Matt joined Actons in 2014 after spending 10 years at Shakespeares and Harvey Ingram LLP (now Shakespeare Martineau). He was promoted to Director and Chief Operations Officer in November 2022.
