We will pay you interest on monies held by us on your behalf as required under the SRA Accounts Rules.

Interest will be paid to you at a fair rate which is set by us by reference to the rate we could have received on your behalf had we opened a separate designated client account for you at the Bank of Scotland. Interest will be calculated and credited to your matter monthly and at the conclusion of your matter but only if each time interest is calculated the interest due is £50 or more.

The above applies from 1 September 2023 and is subject to review and change.  Rates paid to 31 August 2023 are available on request.
