Actons has appointed a well-known property lawyer as an Associate in its Property Team.
Senior commercial property lawyer Kerry Elliott has joined the Property Team at Actons as an Associate. Joining from Knights, Kerry has been a commercial property solicitor in Nottingham for nearly twenty years.
Kerry advises on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work and land acquisition agreements (option agreements, overage agreements, conditional contracts).
Kerry has extensive experience as a commercial property lawyer, working with a range of organisations right across the East Midlands and the UK including manufacturers, retailers, service industries, pension funds, lending institutions and property investors.
