Caroline Pearson

Director & Solicitor - Head of Property

Caroline is a Director and heads up our Property team.  As a commercial property lawyer, Caroline advises businesses on a range of commercial property transactions, from high-street premises to major developments.


Caroline advises organisations in a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in working with landowners, developers and property investors.

Caroline joined Actons in 2007, became a Director in 2016 and Head of Property in April 2022.  She has specialised in property law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001.

Outside work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and is a long-standing Girlguiding volunteer, running her local Guide unit in Bingham.

Actons' Nottingham practice predominantly advises a range of clients, including developers and high-net-worth individuals, on land and property acquisitions. Amanda Gordon handles the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including joint ventures and partnership dissolutions. Caroline Pearson's expertise lies in freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, and also landlord and tenant work. Zoe Romain, who made partner in 2019, is another key member of the team.
