Actons Advise Prestige Aggregates on Acquisition

A team of lawyers from Actons have advised Prestige Aggregates Group on its acquisition of Stones4Homes.

Sheffield based Prestige Aggregates Group have acquired Selby based Stones4homes, who supply the general public, local builders merchants and the construction market with decorative and specialist aggregates, composts and mulches.

The deal sees the founder of Stones4homes, Shaun Robson, join Prestige Aggregates as a director and consultant.

Simon Dakin and Alastair Rose from Actons Corporate team, with assistance from James Symons (Employment) and Caroline Pearson (Commercial Property), led the acquisition, alongside Tony Bostock of Bostock White Accountants providing Corporate Finance advice.
