Alastair works mainly with local SMEs, banks and other lending providers.
He regularly advises on buying, selling and funding businesses, as well as commercial agreements of all types including terms and conditions and confidentiality agreements.
Alastair qualified as a Solicitor and joined Actons in 2019.
