Bindiya is a Director in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team. She specialises in advising clients on making Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, creating and administering Trusts, and the administration of estates.

Biography

Bindiya works closely with a number of local charities and has significant experience in making Court of Protection applications including making applications to appoint Litigation Friends, Trustees and making applications to gift on behalf of incapacitated clients for estate planning purposes.

Bindiya joined Actons in 2016, was promoted to an Associate in 2018 and Director in 2021. She is a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has been named as a Rising Star in the Legal 500 (the leading guide to law firms and solicitors in the UK) in from 2019/20 to date.

Bindiya qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is the current Chair of the Nottinghamshire Law Society Private Client Committee.
