Biography

Bindiya works closely with a number of local charities and has significant experience in making Court of Protection applications including making applications to appoint Litigation Friends, Trustees and making applications to gift on behalf of incapacitated clients for estate planning purposes.

Bindiya joined Actons in 2016, was promoted to an Associate in 2018 and Director in 2021. She is a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has been named as a Rising Star in the Legal 500 (the leading guide to law firms and solicitors in the UK) in both their 2019/20 and 2020/21 publications.

Bindiya qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is a member of the Nottinghamshire Law Society Private Client Committee.
