Heather is a Wills, Trusts and Probate solicitor. She provides expert legal advice on creating Wills and Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates and Residential Care Fee advice.
Heather joined Actons in 2020 from another Nottingham firm and became a Director in 2021. She is a fully qualified member of STEP and Solicitors for the Elderly and is Chair of Nottinghamshire Law Society Private Client Committee. Heather qualified as a Solicitor in 2005.
