Simon joined Actons in 2003 and is a director and is joint head of the corporate and commercial department.

Having been involved in various complex and high value transactions, Simon has particular expertise in corporate finance matters acting for buyers, sellers and funders.

Simon has significant experience of corporate recovery / insolvency transactions having advised both insolvency practitioners and buyers on such matters.

He possesses a broad knowledge of general commercial law and regularly advises on various commercial agreements relating to agency, franchising, distribution and information technology.

Simon's clients generally comprise SMEs who typically turn over between £1M and £50M.  He also acts for banks and other lending organisations on lending and security matters.

Simon is a keen sports fan and enjoys football, golf and rugby and also likes to go skiing.
