Tom is a solicitor in the corporate and commercial team, advising businesses and business owners on a wide range of issues.
Tom works mainly with local SMEs, banks and other lending providers.
He regularly advises on buying, selling and funding businesses, as well as commercial agreements of all types including terms and conditions and confidentiality agreements.
Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2018 having completed his training contract at Actons.
Away from work, Tom is a keen sports fan and enjoys playing football and squash.
