Biography
Justine is experienced in dealing with all aspects of personal injury claims right from initial instruction through to settlement, which includes negotiations through to trial. Justine is a specialist in dog bite cases, dealing with claims ranging from puncture wounds, to significant scarring with psychological injury claims involving rehabilitation treatment.
Justine also has extensive experience dealing with laser burn cases along with many other types of injury claims. One of the major successes in her career was representing a client who suffered bullying and stress at work, resulting in winning substantial compensation for her client after a 4-day trial and resisting an attempt at an appeal.
Outside of work, Justine enjoys playing competitive amateur netball regularly, walking her two golden Labradors, and spending time with her family, and in particular, her first grandson.
