Peter joined Actons in 2004 and now jointly heads the corporate and commercial department.

He has worked on a wide variety of company and commercial matters. He specialises in dealing with commercial agreements of all types including trading terms and conditions, shareholder agreements and acquisitions and disposals.

Peter primarily acts for small to medium sized owner managed businesses with a typical turnover of between £1 million and £50 million.

He has a broad range of experience on advising on various types of corporate finance transactions including private equity investments, management buy out and re-financing.

Peter has regular experience of advising upon commercial matters especially agency, distribution and intellectual property issues.

Peter likes to travel, walk and read. He also enjoys his hobby of photography.
